This is the first day  practice swimming Of our group,  the firts thing we do is familiarize the pool and also the breathing techniques.   Next we practice the different types of floating techniques . and then we practice the proper streamline.  and we practice the leg stroke called flutter kick  and then we practice the whip kick  and next we execute the streamline with flutter kick only  after that we practice the freestyle and breastroke for 40 points for the last performance we execute the different swimming strokes the freestyle and breastroke and i almost accomplish the finish line i need to practice this skills.  And then for the last part we do the cooldown.  For the next day i practice the backfloat and swimming strokes.  In my practice session i excecute first the streamline and then the breastroke this is one
